Here's a unique piece for a farmhouse, old-fashioned store, or maybe even an old schoolhouse? The necessary facility in times past...an outhouse. This one is even a "two-seater"! Oh, yes! A roll of toilet paper is already in place. Someone thought of everything!
I'm not quite sure why the roof has a checkerboard pattern, but it does. It's ready to stain (I would assume) and go to work! (Note: There are 2 of these models available; one has a darker checkerboard pattern, the other a lighter mix. Please let me know which you'd like.)
This piece comes from a miniatures shop that closed some years ago and has been stored well.
